Children Online Privacy Protection

SWOTTR provides online academic courses for students of various ages, including those below the age of 13 years. 
We do not collect any personal information from children under 13 children, except e-mail address for login purposes.  This email address is not visible on the site to anyone except the user himself/herself. No personal information is visible on the website to any user(s).   The only time any personal information like name, phone number etc is collected, is at the time of placing an order for premium membership.  An order for premium membership can only be placed by an adult.
Parents can review, delete, manage or refuse with to provide their child's information.

Fair Information Practices form the backbone of a strong internet. The concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we undertake to notify any changes in our privacy policy to our users via in site notification within 1 business day of any such change.
